Pre heat oven to 420
Chop any large florets into smaller pieces. Place in a large bowl and toss in the canola oil until well coated. Pour out on to a cookie sheet and sprinkle with seasoning. (The more surface area of the broccoli touching the pan the better.) Place into oven for 20 minutes turning pan around after 10.
When done the broccoli should be slightly charred on the areas touching the pan (THE BEST PART!!)
